Throughout the whole process, he kept us informed of what to expect, which really helped us since we were first time homebuyers. He is patient, friendly and professional. When he asked us specifically what we wanted in a house, we knew he cared about finding us the right house. In fact, I don’t think we would have found our house if he had not made a more specific feed of houses that matched those criteria!
